03/06/2019 - Design tells a story that will never cease to astound and amaze: that of brands and Designers which, together, gamble on an idea and start a path made of experimentation and research for improving the way we live and inhabit a space. It’s the magic of the project, the collaborations between brands and Designers combining forces, resources and talent to give shape to a forward-thinking idea. It is to reward the importance of these encounters and encourage people to dare and take unpaved roads, that the Archiproducts Design Awards are back.

>BROWSE THE 2018 WINNERS
The call for entries is open!
For the 2019 edition, the Archiproducts editorial teams have visited the finest Design and Architecture fairs looking for those products and collections able to surprise in terms of concept, material combinations and manufacturing technology. An intense scouting activity for shedding light on emerging talents and top brands that are writing the history of contemporary Design day after day. The 2019 Winners will be welcomed at Archiproducts Milano, in the heart of Milan, in one of the most evocative design districts of the city, for a private party where they will be awarded with a limited-edition trophy designed again this year by MUT Design studio from Valencia and manufactured by De Castelli, Partner of the 2019 Archiproducts Design Awards. The Italian brand from Treviso has been writing the history of metal for four generations, highlighting its incredible - often underestimated - aesthetic value. The encounter with Design comes from an inexhaustible process of research and experimentation, aiming at embracing and bringing out the material’s potential. The result is an infinite bunch of multifaceted color scales and finishes, for unique one-of-a-kind products and surfaces.
The hexagon with a glossy finish, designed and produced exclusively for the Archiproducts Design Awards, won for its game of perspectives inspired by the Möbius strip, in which two surfaces - one with a satin finish and the other opaque - chase each other until becoming one side and one edge only.
In addition to the physical award, Winners will receive a limited-edition copy of the ADA winners catalogue. A collection that highlights the features of each product and underlines the importance of collaboration in the Design industry.
